Yet, the following considerations may let us reason out that the target will not be missed. Actually, the number of "Navigators" all over the world is rising exponentially, as is statistically proved. Then, processing speeds have been increasing astronomically with a growing concern with the quality of communications. Moreover, a new household appliance - a TVComputer - should soon be marketable. Therefore, experts mantain that this is actually going to become true. Whatever the chance will be, since cruising a world-wide web of communication, information and knowledge is an old human dream, we are willing to work to turn dream into reality too, as to help the realisation of this wonderful instrument of world-wide democracy.
